Eric Orme, MAI, MRICS is the founder of ESO Real Estate Services LLC. Eric Orme has over 30 years of experience in various real estate ventures and over 20 years experience in consulting and valuations. His geographical focus is the State of Texas; however, Mr. Orme has performed valuation services throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Orme has experience in providing consultations, reviews, market studies, rent analysis, feasibility studies, litigation support, and contract underwriting. His appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily residential, senior housing, student housing, theaters, hospitality, net-leased investments, medical office buildings, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions, auto dealerships, marinas, quarries, and other special purpose properties. Mr. Orme has a thorough knowledge of complex real property valuations, real estate portfolio management, and regulatory guidelines. Mr. Orme has been called for expert testimony in both state and federal court.
Mr. Orme has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Charter Surveyors. Mr. Orme is a licensed broker, tax consultant and certified general appraiser in the State of Texas.

Philip A. Sadler has over 16 years of real estate sales, appraisal and consulting experience. While Mr. Sadler’s primary geographical location is the state of Texas he has performed appraisal assignments in Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Maine. Mr. Sadler has developed a specialty in the appraisal of farm and ranch, day care centers, charter schools, funeral homes, and cemeteries.
Mr. Sadler’s appraisal experience includes farms and ranches, industrial facilities, office/warehouses, mini-storage facilities, mixed use properties, apartment and town-home projects, retail centers, multiple building business parks, healthcare properties, specialty properties including museums, funeral homes and cemeteries, rent studies and paired sales analyses. Appraisal work for condemning authorities has included valuation of both improved and unimproved properties for Right-Of-Way acquisition.
Mr. Sadler is certified general appraiser in the State of Texas.

Our History |
ESO Real Estate Services was originally formed in 1988 as ESO Investments. The firm got its start by purchasing distressed properties during the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) time period. ESO Real Estate Services has expanded over the years to provide consulting services, appraisals, appraisal reviews, tax consulting, and real estate litigation support.
